Wellness Wednesdays | Feeling Good About Yourself
The FMOL Health | Our Lady of the Lake Children's Health Weight and Nutrition Clinic and Geaux Get Healthy present Wellness Wednesdays. Family members of all ages are welcome to come and learn about nutrition, fitness and wellness topics at these FREE events. Be prepared to get moving and have fun with family and the community! All children and adolescents must be accompanied by an adult guardian for the entire session. No drop-off allowed.
